My xray result says that suspicious densities are seen in the right lung apex. is this serious? am i still fit to work?

How do you feel?: Whether you are fit to work or not depends on what you do for work, and whether or not they have policy or regulations regarding employee health requirements. X-ray findings alone are generally not an issue; that said, if you are short of breath and cannot perform as needed, then fitness may become an issue. Pulmonary function testing may be required. Advise immediate follow-up CT/MRI + contrast.
