Cyclical: The cyclical pain that goes away is a good sign really. Is the area affected up toward the armpit? If so, then that could be indicator that the breast tissue is getting tender from the hormonal input to it and then resides as the hormones change. If you feel any unusual lumps in the breast or armpit, have it checked by your MD. And, of course, if you have breast cancer in the family, have it check
