Keratosis pilaris?: Look up keratosis pilaris and see if that is what you are observing on your son. If not, to diagnose "bumps" they really need to be seen and I would advise you discuss them with your pediatrician who is in a position to do an exam. KP is nothing to worry about and at his age I would just recommend ample moisturizing.
