CTS-OA-Dequervain et: Info is insuff. to answer.Details:exact location of pain, sharp v ache, numbness/tingling, provoking factors, etc. would help. Pain at thumb base could be osteoarthritis or Dequervain's synd. The test for that is simple.Bumps/lumps assoc'd w/ pain-entirely different cause.Fingers affected? Could be carpal or ulnar tunnel synd.A thorough history & osteopathic phys. exam could lead to diagnosis & tx.
