Yes: Most certainly, you can have a healthy baby conceiving 4 months after a miscarriage. What happened to cause a miscarriage? Did you have trauma, an infection or unexplained cervical dilatation with ruptured membranes and miscarried? If you had cervical dilatation then you may discuss cervical cerclage (putting a stitch around your cervix to keep it closed) or vaginal progesterone with your doctor.
