See your doctor: Time for a consult with your PCP when you have this many symptoms occurring at once. It can be anything ranging from sinusitis to an ear condition, that only can be determined in person through inspection and palpation and taking your temperature, and going through your history, an doing a thorough HEENT exam. Good luck!

Neck pain: Likely arthritis in the neck (cervical spondylosis). Neck muscles that insert on the back of the skull become tense in an attempt to maintain good posture which leads to headaches. These headaches originate in the back of the head and migrate forward. Often the headaches worsen through the day. The popping noise are the facet joints of the cervical spine rubbing together and transmit to the ear.
