Probably not ...: Fordyce's spots are ectopic sebacesous glands, their shape & size may change over time just like sebaceous glands of hair follicles, & require no Rx as long as being asymptomatic. Would it become STD-related? No. However, the skin with Fordyce's spots may become infected with HPV, herpes, etc. just like the usual skin.
