Which technique? : The answer depends on the nature of the perforation. How big was it and with what instrument was it caused? Also it's important to know what in the meet you oblation technology the doctor plans to use. I would not do an ablation that did not allow constant visualization. HTA is my preferred technique over blind ablation technologies
