Motivation: Motivation is tricky, comes and goes and like you said even tougher w/ depression. In addition to tx your depression. Explore the main reasons you want 2 exercise. Why r those reasons so important? What r the other barriers you're facing? Can u eliminate any of those barriers? What 1 small activity could u commit this wk, take baby steps and build on them. Know that it's normal to have a set back.
