Could be stomach: The GI tract is tough to diagnose. Symptoms in the abdomen can be from the GI tract or other organs, such as the spleen, liver, musculoskeletal system, etc. If it's obviously worse after eating, it could be acid reflux, stomach ulcer, pancreas-related. I would suggest getting some OTC omeprazole and taking it 30 min before a meal once daily for 14 days and see if the pain improves.
