Many ways: Take solace in the fact that almost everyone suffers from anxious and depressive feelings during their life. Many times it is normal to feel like this. Things you can do combat depression include eating correctly, avoiding drugs/alcohol, routinely exercising and staying connected with family and friends. If you feel you need extra help a doctor may prescribe counseling and/or medication.
