See your neurologist: He/She will try and clarify what she or you meant by rigidity and whether or not she appeared confused afterwards which are elements of a tonic seizure. Otherwise. the rigidity could have another explanation .After examination the neurologist will determine if she needs to have an EEG or not the results of which could point to the proper treatment.

Not sure - best 2B: Be careful. It is not clear what this was. Could be something like a seizure, you are right. It will help for her to talk to her medical provider about it, and maybe some tests will help determine if these may come back.
