Many possibilities: Ery probably stands for erythrocytes, which are red blood cells (RBC's). Normal urine has no RBC's. If you are on your menstrual period it is probably from that and not worrisome. If not on your period this could be caused by a urinary tract infection, kidney stone or tumor in the bladder or kidneys. See your doctor for further evaluation.
