Be seen...: "Red short twisted life's cooking from it"?... definitely sounds like you need to have the area examined by a physician to help determine what it is that you are noticing. If their is a secondary bacterial infection, you will likely need antibiotics prescribed (topical or oral depending on extent of infection). Take care.
