See your doctor: Right upper pain may be a number of things eg muscle pain, appendicitis, gall bladder pain from infection or gall stones, gastritis, preterm labor, etc. It's difficult to say without an examination and possible imaging studies and blood tests. See your doctor for an evaluation.
