Hi just wanting to ask some questions i just noticed tonight i had a hard lump on the right side of my stomach just below my rib i can move it around ?

More info needed: You don't give your age or other history. This could range from just a collection of stool to an enlarged liver or gallbladder or something else. Best to eat plenty of vegs and fruits and drink plenty of liquid, or take a fiber laxative and see if it moves on. If not, you should be seen by a clinician to feel and possibly order other tests.
