Possible: only if u find any abnormality in these tests. If they are normal u may still have heart problems but in ur case of 27 yrs very less chances.

Sometimes: EKG shows arrhythmias of heart and can indicate myocardial infarction. Chest xray shows enlargement of heart which can be due to many causes myocarditis, pericardial effusion, cardiomyopathy, congestive heart failure , congenital heart defects, etc.
