Unlikely: There are many conditions that cause chest sensations. You are young and healthy, so heart disease is unlikely. This is most likely chest wall pain or reflux. That being said, it is good you got checked out. If your symptoms change or worsen, or if you develop new concerning symptoms, call your doctor. Hope this helps!
