I have chest-pains, lightheadedness and body pains (back, arms). went to er, ekg and xray show heart is fine. 27yr male physically active, what's prob?

Probably nothing: It sounds like musculo-skeletal pain but your visit to the er will not completely rule out the heart. You need to discuss with your regular md. He may (or not) order a stress test and /or a consult with cardiologist.
