Different: Most common cause of pain in left side is constipation. Also diverticulitis can cause It. The fact that it hurts with walking could be worry some of acute proses, so I am suggesting to go to ER to rule out major problems

Consult doctor: Your stomach pain ,feeling nausea and hurting on walking may be all duo to viral infection .You may be alright in 1-2 days . You may be having muscle spasm on left side due to any unknown injury. try some pain killer and pain may subside .If you still having problem then better you consult your doctor to get investigated for pain .
