What can i use to get rid of super dry irrating itchy legs ? ive taken levocetirizine but it dosent help much. ive also tried many lotions and soaps.

Dry skin: time to see your doctor or a dermatologist when home remedies quit working. A water softener may also be helpful if you are in an area with hard water.
