SAD is depression: triggered by the darkening days of late fall and winter. Less sunlight is a major factor. Hypersensitvity to rejection means that one can over-react to rejection or perhaps see it when it is not there. When we are depressed this is more likely to occur so please keep that in mind. Peace and good health.

Reject sensitivity: It is helpful too to remember that social rejection affects the brain much the way physical pain does. It is very real and can be very painful. Interestingly, there is a whole focus on rejection sensitivity in ADHD lately. All the best on your search for good health!
