Black Mold: It is doubtful that you actually have black mold on your dentures. It is more likely that you have staining or calculus deposits which have stained from coffee, tea, tobacco, etc. It might be a good idea to have your dentist take a look at your dentures. Deposits like i described should be removed mechanically, since Clorox will not remove them. Dentures which are old may have absorbed bacteria.

Nystatin first: Start with Nystatin or other anti-mold medication. For cleaning and prophylaxis It is a good idea to use a vinegar solution (50% water and 50% white vinegar ) regularly and use a bleach solution (50% water and 50% bleach) for deeper disinfecting treatments. It takes 3-4 hours for good results.
