Best if you c ur Dr.: You can't tell without expert medical advice and having a physical done to assess the extent of your pins/needles sensation, and correlating it with the physical exam, and possilble lab work too. It can be from anxiety or it can be from something else completely. So if you're worried, it's time to see your doctor and discuss this, and get to the bottom of it!
