Pull vs Push?: I'd suggest this experiment: instead of trying 2 stop the pins ; needles feelings, see what happens if u focus on those sensations ; on nothing else. Focus on describing them as if u were observing them. See if u can even magnify the feelings. (i've yet 2hear of pins ; needles feelings actually hurting anyone, have u? Do this for at least 10 minutes. If u do try this, let us know what u discover!
