Pelvic relaxation: The pelvic floor muscles are stretched during pregnancy and delivery and like an elastic waist band can get stretched out. When this is not severe, Kegel exercises can help. In more severe cases physical therapy for pelvic floor rehab or even surgery may be necessary. See your doctor for assessment and treatment. Hope you feel better soon.
