I never had hormone or fertility problems before the depo shot 2 years ago. after it i developed acanthosis nigricans and high dheas. body hair face hair. the shot caused this what can i do too reverse it and go back too normal?

Depoprovera injections contain hormones that can temporarily change your natural hormone levels. The hormone lasts 3 months and the effects can last up to 6 months. Talk to your regular Dr about other changes that your body has undergone in this time (wieght gain, diabetes, etc) to determine how to proceed.
