No: A miscarriage is not a period. You should have a period in the next month or so and should definitely try NOT to get pregnant before that. If you get pregnant too soon it increases the risk of another miscarriage. To increase the chances of a normal pregnancy, continue your prenatal vitamins and wait at least 3 months before trying again. Good luck.
