Vaginal bleeding ?: Bleeding which occurs when attempting pregnancy may be related to a pregnancy not in the uterus (ectopic). Clots are not generally a part of a normal menstrual event at age 22. Obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy. If negative, see your OB/GYN provider for an exam and testing.
