No: This level of blood glucose wouldn't cause nausea. Do you feel worse before or after eating? Does eating make you feel better or worse? With long-standing diabetes, your GI tract muscle activity can become disturbed (called "gastroparesis"), which can cause nausea, & requires medical attention if problematic. Hope that helps.
