A member asked:

What is immature follicle in right ovary means ....it is problem in pregnancy?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: When you produce egg cysts (follicles) you tend to only produce 1 or 2 mature or dominant follicles and the rest are considered immature. They may persist into early pregnancy and noted on early US. Its fine to have them. As long as you are producing progesterone from your corpus luteum in sufficient amounts until the placenta takes over at 12 weeks, then everything is fine.
