Many ways: Testosterone injections, or other hormones that increase the androgen levels can cause high red blood counts, leading to a stroke. It can lead to sleep apnea, liver disease. There may be a higher risk of heart disease. It can increase enlarged prostates, bring out or worsen prostate cancer (though it probably does not cause prostate cancer), You can get infections where it is injected.
