Not true: You can manufacture hormones from soy -- almost all the testosterone sold in the United States is made from soy. Remember, bodybuilders are not experts in medicine and science - that's what doctor's do. Don't get your health information from friends, tv or the internet. Soy intake isn't a female hormone.
