Allergy?: You may likely have an allergy to one of many common allergens in deodorants. One being fragrance as well as aluminum or other ingredients. Have you tried Mitchum un-scented roll on or Certain Dri? If those also irritate I would suggest considering allergy testing to know which ingredient is irritating so much. Consider also aluminum alum crystals to try. Best of luck!

Contact dermatitis: You're delicate! Kidding. Sounds like your skin is sensitive to certain products. Use unscented deodorants only. Only use one at a time for a week or so to see if it bothers you. Avoid any other products in your armpits (like lotions & moisturizers). Also use unscented soap and laundry detergents, & don't use fabric softeners. If that does not work, see your doc for evaluation and treatment.
