Do what's working: Continue to excercise;eat a nutritionally sound menu, take a vitamin and keep up the good work.

About 1-2 lbs a wk: Calculate what your weight should be with a bmi of 18-25 and that should be your target. Most women should consume 1800-2200 calories a day to ensure an adequate milk supply. If you don't want to count calories, just eat carefully until you are full, and make sure to drink plenty of fluids and to stay active, usually easiest by walking briskly.
