Somewhat effective: Loratidine can help reduce sinus pressure if caused by allergies, but many people find the need to use decongestants such as phenylephrine or pseudoephrine either alone or in combination, for full relief. Intranasal steroid sprays may be of value as well.

Minimal: This antihistamine can dry your sinuses and possibly the dryness can make things uncomfortable. Decongestants such as Sudafed can be used as a better form of short term pressure relief.

Fair: Mostly for allergies. The claritin d would be better but might increase anxiety a bit due to the sudafed. Consider an OTC nasal steroid spray and warm mist.
