Gynecomastia?: Most people are not 100% symmetric, so slight differences between the two breasts is common. However, you indicate that you have other reasons for possibly having hormonal problems. You should get your testosterone, estradiol, LH, and FSH levels checked. If these are abnormal it may also be helpful to do a chromosome analysis.
