Many things: Like low blood pressure or standing up too fast. If it is both eyes and transient, especially with changes in position, it is more likely related to blood pressure or hydration status than an eye problem. If it is in one eye, and especially if associated with visual changes, it may be a retinal problem which needs prompt attention by ophthalmologist. Sometimes happens before a migraine.
