The choice of anti-: anxiety medication depends on your response to it & whether or not it causes you significant side effects. Therefore, you need to follow up with the psychiatrist who manages your medications to have your question answered in a meaningful way. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy is a mainstay of treatment of OCD. Your psychiatrist can recommend a psychologist, if you are currently in therapy

See a psych provider: I'm not sure how you know you suffer from symptoms that comprise OCD, but even if your Dx was made by a competent professional, it will not hurt to have a new eval to determine if this is still true and what would be the best approach. Combining specialized therapy w/ meds is really valuable. You need to learn skills to resist this 'bully'. Have an eval and they'll prescribe the right stuff.
