See a psych provider: I'm not sure how you know you suffer from symptoms that comprise OCD, but even if your Dx was made by a competent professional, it will not hurt to have a new eval to determine if this is still true and what would be the best approach. Combining specialized therapy w/ meds is really valuable. You need to learn skills to resist this 'bully'. Have an eval and they'll prescribe the right stuff.
