Unlikely.: Growth is related to many factors, including nutrition and genetics, and short term decreased sleep would have minimal effect on overall growth but could affect alertness and mood. More important, is why your sleep duration has been reduced. Stress, anxiety, depression, xs caffeine, and overactive thyroid can all affect sleep and should be discussed with your doc. Studies show 8-9 hrs best.

Depends: Long term sleep deprivation can have a list of negative effects on your system.Decline in attention, physical and academic performance, declines in immune function, etc. Since growth hormone is influenced by your sleep habits, continuing this over a long term may have an effect. If you get back to 9-10 hrs( no one your age should do 8), the 3 wks may have no significant long term effect.

No: That is a very short period of time and if you get 6-8 hours, you're still doing fine. There will be no effect on your growth.

No: Three weeks of sleep deficiency is not likely to result in any significant growth disruption. But certainly if poor sleep continues long-term, it might cause issues with growth and other health problems.
