Endometrium 14mm thickened, mixed&echogenic, what does this mean?

Depends on pt age: In a menstruating female this is likely normal though a 6 week f/u ultrasound should be obtained. However, in a post-menopausal female, this is abnormal regardless if they are on HRT or not and GYN consultation would be recommended.
