Phase of cycle: The thickness of the endometrium may reflect the phase of your cycle. You didn't say how thick. As for echogenic material in the lining, it is not uncommon to have a calcification in the endometrial lining. As long as these findings are related to your cycle there maybe little effect. I would still discuss this with your doctors
