What is the best sleeping position for a pregnant woman?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Whatever is: Comfortable. It may take some creative pillow arrangement to find a comfortable position but whatever one you find that works for you early on is best. Late in pregnancy sleeping on your tummy or back are not advised. Sleeping on your left side is associated with a lower risk to baby. http://www.theguardian.com/science/2011/jun/14/pregnant-women-sleep-left-stillbirth
