Sick Anl;e.: I don't know what treatment you were told to use to treat your ankle, but if it isn't working, then you need to try someone else. A "sick" ankle needs a competent specialist, with experience treating ankle injuries. Either call your family doctor for a referral or ask your friends and neighbors for advice on the local talent. In the meantime, rest, ice and elevation will help. Crutches may help.
