If the teeth shift: If the person's teeth shift, then the bite may change. The bone graft in and of itself should not change the bite.

Not likely: The bone graft prevents adjacent teeth from shifting inward, therefore, saving the proper bite. Ask your dentist or surgeon for more information.

Possible: Depends on the stresses placed on the teeth. Bone is a living tissue and raconteurs with time, even after surgical recontouring. If teeth are shifting you probably have malocclusion driving the teeth toward instability. Ask your Dentist if an Orthodontic consultation is in order.
