Varies...: How in tune are you to your body? How soon people feel (or at least recognize) the early signs of pregnancy varies. I know people that were shocked to find out months into their pregnancy that they were pregnant and others such as myself who "KNOW" by 3-4 weeks (just 1-2 weeks after conception).
