No description: You didn't give any symptoms for us to evaluate, but many early pregnancy symptoms and the symptoms of irregular menses in the premenopause are the same. At 44, I would see your GYN before conceiving to talk about some risks and of course you need to be taking a prenatal vitamin before you conceive.
