Back pain falling: Follow up with doctor /urgent care within 24 hours. Go to ER if unable to urinate. Can be disc( herniated, infected,tumor), mass in abdomen/ pelvis (ovarian) pressing on nerves, Kidney/bladder infections/stones. Rarely MS.
