See Doctor: Pain w/inhalation (in chest, I presume) may be pleurisy/lung problem, rib fracture (fx), or simple rib dysfunction.A good history & phys. incl. osteopathic hands-on exam, & other tests like x-rays may be needed.If no fx or lung problem, most likely is rib dysfunction, intercostal muscle spasm or nerve inflammation.Osteopathic manipulation, prolo/neuroprolotherapy, meds, or other care may help
