Difficult to say: I don't see any image(s) available for the bite. In general tick bites don't require prophylactic(pre-emptive) antibiotics. The case in which you would, is if the tick can be identified as I. scapularis(the type associated with Lyme disease), it has been attached for at least an estimated 36 hours and you live, or were traveling, in an area with a high rate of Lyme disease.
